It's gonna be a quick blog today because I don't have much to say... The sunrise was beautiful this morning; sparrow parents are escorting their young on first flights; and the apartment manager actually announced that they will be reseeding the backyard with grass (and to please stay off it for a couple of days) - I wonder if that applies to the kits? Probably.
Nine entries are confirmed so far for the Preakness: Mine That Bird, Papa Clem, Musket Man, General Quarters, Flying Private, the undefeated Hull, Terrain, Big Drama, and Take the Points. Pioneerof the Nile and a few others are also considering entering the race for the Woodlawn Vase at Old Hilltop.
