This X-Ray shows the upper torso of a 21-year-old man, who was trimming a tree with a chain saw. Somehow, the saw cut into the young man's neck, hitting muscle and bone, but no arteries. A very lucky guy treated at a trauma center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
