There were eleven Buy Back foals last year, ten from Pony Penning in July, and one from the Fall Round-Up. Then there is Cloudburst's Chili. I really don't know exactly how to classify her. Her dam went into labor last fall during the annual Chili Cook-Off and passed away hours after the delivery. At first the filly was known as "Lil' Miss Hot Stuff" and was raised at a University's Veterinary Hospital. She is now know as Chili - I don't know if she'll be auctioned at Pony Penning, or if she'll live the rest of her life on Assateague. We'll see...
