Sires of the 2019 Chincoteague Pony Foals

There are fourteen sires (or possible sires) of the foals that will be sold at the 2019 Pony Penning Foal Auction on Thursday, July 25.  Some of the sires of the foals are definitely known; some of the mares were bred by one, two, and/or three stallions making the father just a possibility.  I have left the two-year-old colts off the list, as well as Rainbow Warrior, our eldest stallion.  Little Dolphin, better known as Neptune, is on the list, but his fertility is suspect; most of the mares of his core herd haven't had a foal in 2 or 3 years, but mares that he has "captured" from other stallions have had foals soon after he claimed them.  They haven't had a foal since becoming Neptune's property...
   The stallions are listed alphabetically, by their registered names, with their nicknames (sometimes better known) in quotation marks, with a photo following.  Their year of birth, coat color, and parentage, if known, are also included, as well as whether they are currently living in the northern or southern compartments of the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge on Assateague Island in Virginia.
