Where is the Snow??

OK... I admit I've regressed in the past few hours.... So, where is the snow? AT four p.m., the weather folks said it would start in Boulder by 6 p.m. It's now 8:45 p.m., and there hasn't been a sign of snow. I just got back from the store (turned out I was out of coarsely cracked pepper for the soup) - and I could see stars in the sky! Where are the snow clouds? I was pretty much promised snow, and now I want some, dang nab it!
