An engraving of the Count of Saint Germaine, made in 1783, from a painting which has been lost. People who favor the idea of Francis and Violante as parents of Saint Germain point to the engraving's likeness to both supposed parents' portraits.

Very nice collection of Saint Germain related portraits. I too am a fan of the never-aging Count. So much so that I researched him for years, both here and following his trail throughout Europe. I just published a fictional novel based on his colorful life entitled "The Man Who Would Not Die." No offense to the vampire romance series but mine is based on his actual historical adventures.
