I love fireworks, but I hate the noise. It frightens pets and wildlife, who will do anything to get away from the explosive sounds. And the sounds are also very stressful for anyone who is suffering, or has suffered from, PTSD. I think America should join in with other enlightened areas of the world and use silent fireworks...
