Actor James Garner Has Died

I am saddened by the loss of actor James Garner.  The man had a long life - he died at the age of 86 - and was a tremendously accomplished actor.  Of course, I fell in love with him on Maverick, on television, as a child - and then I saw his movies and other television shows, and became greatly enamored.  He passed away Saturday night, in his own home, of natural causes.  He had a stroke in 2008, and had not made many public appearances since.  He was from Norman, Oklahoma, and learned his acting skills from Henry Fonda, so he said in an interview.  He was an American every-man....   Rest in peace, my sweet.
